don't know how well of a job they do because I can't seem to get a hold of anyone. Called and no answer, drove there and tried to walk in, door is locked and no one inside even though hours are clearly posted and not supposed to close for 4hours and there is a signed flipped to open side. Just wanted a quick nail trim but looks like it's closed.

I bring my kitty here for a nail trim and fur trim since she is a long-hair and she always looks great afterward. When I visit, I get seen quickly and my sweet girl is handled gently during the whole process. Love it!

First time going here. The groom went well. I'm use to a three to four hour wait for my dog so I wasn't too worried about that. He looks good and smells nice! I will go back again.

Horrible place. I felt off taking my dog to her I shouldnt have taken him after the first groom he was cut on his legs and ears and he seemed very frightened. He seemed frightened of Verona, the owner after we picked him up. She had him there for a ridiculous amount of time. We dropped him off around 10 am and called me at around 10 pm way after hours. Why did she need him there for that long? Do not bring your pets here!!

Disorganized, kept our cat there all day and night beyond closing time. Our cats ears were cut inside and scabbed. Our cat has not been the same since. Stopped eating and had to take him to the animal hospital. Not to be mean but had I known some crack head would be grooming our pet I wouldnt have gone there. Im pretty sure it was the owner too!
