I had an appointment Tuesday. My prescription was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy on the same day. I have called and left 3 voicemail messages over the past 3 days with NO RESPONSE

Geez, all I am trying is to have an appointment with them. The representative hung up on me three times because they were busy. She was rude and said things so fast I couldn't even hear. Good thing she is preventing new patients from going there. I instead find other places.

Dr Arlene Valencia has literally saved my life, with the treatments that I'm getting now for my stiff person syndrome and all of the other things that she's doing for me for my condition makes my condition very much in the background and not in the forefront of my life she's an absolute genius and her staff are angels and she takes a very aggressive stand on treatment and actually has an interest in my well-being and happiness, I am so glad that I switched neurologist after not being treated for my illness for over a year from my old neurologist just test after test after test he was just milking my insurance, but Dr Arlene Valencia is actually taking action and it's paying off in a big way physically and mentally I can't recommend her more. Thank you Dr very much for everything that you've done and are doing for me!!

my husband suppose to be first time there, however he had an emergency and had to stay in the Hospital for few days in the middle of his appointment. We called, and of course nobody answer, only the Robot, we cancelled the appointment leave our name, and reason, nobody call back to confirm. our Cancellation.......ah!!! ah!!!.. then the day before they call to confirm his appointment, we didn't answer because we were at THE HOSPITAL, Hello do they ever check the messages, why they have that kind of system?? if they don't use it. SO DISAPOINT OF THIESE PEOPLE SYSTEM. Also we live in the South of Vegas and when we call they give him the appointment to N. Buffalo the lady claim they only have two location???? LIAR - when I went in the website I found out , they have three locations and one of them is close to us in S. Rainbow.......WTH??? Is Wrong???
