I have never had such a bad experience at a motel in my life! It was simply the dirtiest place I've ever seen, not even my dog wanted to step on the floor! If I could I would give 0 stars and close this place forever.

This was my worst experience ever with Motel 6
Where do I start?
Part 1
The night staff was very rude. (Adriana)
I explained that I booked a Disabled Room and seems like it frustrated her to find another room.
Her mannerisms reminded me of a High School Student. After explaining I had a disability and stairs werent an option, she was highlighting the property map with an attitude as if I was bothering her. The room was supposed to be $72 after tax on The Booking app. I was upcharged $11 extra for a Downstairs room.
Part 2
After checking out the room, I found BOTH beds filthy! One bed had hair & cut toenail clippings.
I believe this hotel do not change the Bedding.
They just casually make the beds up with the last guest DNA and go to the next.
I rolled up only on bedding and went to the lobby to informed the staff that the beds arent being properly made with fresh sheets. ADRINA again had an attitude and rushed off to the back speaking rudely to me AGAIN!
I stated 3 times, Im a guest here and shes the representative for this Hotel. She made numerous rude remarks and slammed the linen on the counter which made me very uncomfortable!
Another staff named JAMES threatened to kick me off the property and I also reminded him I WAS A GUEST with a legitimate complaint about the dirty linen.
I recommend NOT to stay at this hotel unless youre checking in while management is present.
The night staff made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. The should either be FIRED or retrained to be more friendly. I also going to call the Motel 6 Corporate to let them know how uncomfortable I felt at one of their chain locations. Others shouldnt experience what I experienced tonight especially after choosing their brand and spending money with them

I have several health issues and so requested on my reservation NOT to put me upstairs. They said they had no downstairs rooms. I have fallen down due to the pain and weakness in my leg and I did not want to fall down the stairs. Later I was going to pick up my dog at the vets and so I walked slowly down the stairs when my knee collapsed and I fell. They told me not to go back upstairs and put me in the room directly below me. I'm very upset that they lied about having no rooms downstairs and caused me to injure my leg and lower back even more.
Safety: They were not concerned about my safety and I am now using a wheelchair after the fall down the stairs. And they still put me upstairs!!!
Noteworthy details: They are knocking on my door everyday to clean my room. I am in a lot of pain now and find it difficult to get to the door. By the time I get there they are gone. I go back to the bed and now they're knocking again. Really!!! I clean up my room and don't need daily service. It is annoying and I don't like how the asst manager immediately called my room and insisted that the maid be allowed to come in to clean. They just cleaned two days ago!! I feel violated. I'm trying to rest to help heal my back and relieve the pain in my leg. I don't want anyone walking around in my room especially when I don't feel well. I will never come here again. I'm not happy with the way they treated me and I will not endorse this motel at $100.00 a night. SJJ
