Audi Las Vegas Service Center

My last visits was great. My car was repaired under warranty free of charge. However, on the visit before that for a recall repair. I was charged about 300 for inspection. My key fob was not working as expected and I asked them to look into it. They charged another 300 to diagnose that. They said the sensors in the trunk were missing and will cost $1000 to replace. When I got home, I removed the paneling myself and found that the sensor was there but was unplugged. I plugged it back in and that resolved the issue. Very disappointed in the dishonesty and bogus charges.

This last visit was awesome. Spot on diagnostics. They even sent a video showing and explaining their findings on my car. I'd say that's the best tool I've ever seen a mechanic use for a customer.

To all the Audi service technicians at the Audi dealership on West Sahara- You are the diggity-bomb! I had a service appointment scheduled for the up coming week when my tire went flat. The tires were purchased at Audi. You dont even know how many unsolicited opinions I had about that. Michael the service manager could see the urgency involved in getting me in sooner. He quickly got my car completely taken care of in very short order and even got me a loaner car. If youre wondering, buying my tires from Audi was one of the best decisions I made. Boo on you nay-sayers. Since this purchase, I have had two tires replaced under warranty at no charge to me. There is still a year and a half left on my warranty. From this point forward I will only buy tires from the Audi Dealership. Big shout out to Audi for going above and beyond for an Audi customer. And thank you Michael for the hook up. Service: Tires
