My wife and I worked with Jordan on the purchase of our home in Las Vegas. It was not a buyers market when we made the purchase, but Jordan helped us find the right home. Once we made our decision, Jordan helped us negotiate the right deal and made sure the builder followed through on all of their promises. Jordan kept us informed and provided timely updates throughout the buying process which went from March to June since we were moving from out of state. My wife and I purchased our Las Vegas dream home from Jordan Phee in Silverado Ranch. We had looked at every listing in our price range, area, and with the things we wanted - a pool, etc. But each house we saw just wasn't the one for us. The last house we finally looked at, was in a bidding war but we went and looked anyways. It should be noted that it was Jordan's birthday the day we wanted to look at the home. He was willing to drop what he was doing and come show us the home. We immediately loved it, and Jordan then went to bat for us and we were able to purchase the house. Because of my wife and I's experience with Jordan, I would NOT purchase a home or property in the Vegas Valley without using his services. We could not be happier, and as anyone who has ever met Jordan knows, he is truly a class-act and one of the most kind genuine people I have known. Hats off to Jordan Phee Real Estate. This was our 3rd home purchase, and by far the best experience we have ever had with a Realtor.
