Quality One Pool Management

I live at Parc West and have noticed the main pool not being kept up to standards. Dont know if the Asian/Hispanic guy driving the pick up truck rushes thru the service but Ive noticed the pool and spa have been neglected and are milky to the point you cant even see through it. Ive had a neighbor complain about her husband and children getting very ill after swimming. Maybe they need to spend more time checking chemicals and not rushing but its a not a good look for you guys when things like this happen.

I live in SummerTrails . It is almost May 1 We had a leek and lost over 5000 gallons because it took many days to respond. Same thing happened last year when they drained the pool in summer. They dont care

I lived at Sunrise Bay for 18 years and have never been in the pools or spas; however, I've heard from other residents who've been here longer than me & have used the pools & spas for many years. Quality One Pool Management started cleaning & repairing a couple of months ago. Everyone I've heard from has said the pool has never been cleaner. I've also been told that the spa works better now than it's been for many years. All of the workers have been very professional & informative to the residents. Thanks, Steve

I'm so glad I found this company. They are RELIABLE! Yes, something new in this world of phony people trying to get your money. This group is totally dedicated to making your pool the best it can be. Not the cheapest, but definitely the best!
