Today we successfully closed on the purchase of a townhouse in Summerlin so I felt compelled to write this review while the experience was still fresh in my mind. I highly recommend Christina Striebich as a realtor. Christina communicates very well. She responds quickly to all email messages. If she doesnt have an immediate answer to a question she finds the answer and follows up promptly. Our email thread has 112 messages and responses over the course of two months so I am confident in my opinion. She also communicates well with the other realtors and she is able to get things done. There wasnt a single goal that Christina didnt accomplish when negotiating with the sellers realtor. She also works very hard and pays attention to details. She knows the process well and translates verbal agreements into written documents when necessary. She doesnt cut corners or take the easier path. When given a choice, she always chooses the option that is in the best interest of her client even if it means more documentation or more work for her. Yesterday she was well prepared for the final walk through. She spotted deficiencies that other realtors would be tempted to ignore. As a result, we are very pleased and satisfied with the quality and value of our purchase. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend Christina Striebich to anyone who wants to be well represented by a professional and competent realtor. She is undoubtedly a tremendous asset to Xpand Realty and Conforte and Olson.

She was extremely helping in the home buying process. Answered all of our questions, gave us tips we wouldnt have known/considered, overall just very knowledgeable. Made the process so easy for my family who live out of state. Would 100% have her help with another future home.

I was referred to Christina from a friend in California. She's exceeded my expectations. She takes the time to explain what's going on in the transaction and even followed up after we closed.
