When an employee yells at a obviously pregnant woman she will not be served because she's not wearing a mask, there's a problem.
I'm pretty sure the employee has no clue her what her medical history is, she definitely had no right to yell at her. Worst customer service I've ever seen. We followed her out, know you lost our business, pretty sure she will never be back either.

* I WAS REFUSED SERVICE FOR NOT WEARING A MASK!*
I walked in stood in line for 10 min, I was two people away from ordering.. the girl behind the counter then yelled out in front of a crowd of 15 people, “ Ma’am, if You don’t have a mask she can’t serve you.” ?!?!? I’m 7 months pregnant, and due to my asthma I struggle wearing one. Am I suppose to yell back at her and in a crowd of people all my reasons why I couldn’t wear one that day?!? I had to walk back through everyone to get out side and they were all staring at me and a man even laughed at me. I’ve never been so publicly embarrassed in my entire life. Note: I’ve even been at this location multiple times and no one has questioned me about a mask until today. If they are so worried about every single person walking in wearing one they need to have someone stand at the door and make sure everyone entering is wearing one. Not yell over the counter. Wow. I’m never going back to chipotle again and rest assure a good chunk of my family and friends aren’t either. * I was in yesterday 9/25/21 at around 6:00 and it was a young girl behind the counter* the manager of this place needs to be fired I don’t know who told her it was ok to do this!

I was refused service because i did not have a mask. The employees cannot think for themselves and ganged up on me all at once. Again if i was starving and needed food. But didn't have a mask. I would be refused service and they would let me die. Thanks Chipotle for not thinking for yourself.
