Chipotle Mexican Grill

Great place to make a pit stop for food right when entering or exiting Vegas. Great food and place is clean with nice bathrooms. There are some stores nearby (with regular prices, not the overpriced downtown Vegas prices) if you need to stock up on things for your trip.

If I could leave no stars, I would. This Chipotle had seven employees when I entered at 9pm. During my 30 minute wait, the line grew longer and longer, sometimes out of the door. The person working the line was flustered and asked for help, only to be ignored. The manager, Courtney, allowed this nonsense. This location was still open for another hour. It is not only irresponsible to allow the line to build up like that, when you do have the staff, but it shows that this Chipotle has no regard for its customers and quick, efficient service. Avoid this Chipotle.

No complaint on the food. Chipotle is usually on point with minor mistakes. But the customer service at this specific location tends to get worse and worse by the day. Especially the cashier. Do yourselves a favor go to a different location. St rose has a good one.

The lady helping us (Baby might have been her name) was great. She was trying her best considering she was the only one on the line. While the manager literally was standing there doing nothing except for barking orders - even when she came out to the dining area and saw all the tables were dirty she just walked back to the back without cleaning anything. Talk about hands off. She definitely had time to lean but no time to clean. The food was good.

Great customer service but the food was terrible. The rice was uncooked. We had to throw away all the rice. This is the second time this has happened. This is becoming more and more common. I have been eating Chipotle since the early 2000s and this is the second time that this has happened. All within two months.
