I placed an online order for a double chicken burrito bowl, and I got a regular chicken. Its already the second time stuff like this happens. Basically donating money to charity at this point. This location needs better staff
Edit: After reading all the recent reviews, I noticed that 80% are 1 star and therd isnt a single 5 star review. I wish I would have done my due dillegence before ordering. Never ordering from here again.

Worst chipotle in town. Never ordering from here. I have ordered 3 times and gotten my order wrong all three times. Staff is unprofessional and looks like they hate their job.

Food was amazing service was amazing when we went to the register we had a little problems but other than that everything was good I enjoyed it

Service and food was terrible at this location tonight. The employee making the burritos had a serious attitude and I guess he wanted to punish everyone by placing the smallest amount of meat as possible. The vibes coming off the guy behind the counter was so negative it was hard to enjoy my food. Sorry Chipotle but you get just 1 star tonight and I will NEVER return to this location.

If I could I would give this chipotle 0 stars, but it doesnt let you! I made an order for my family to pick up at the store around 9:10 PM. I understand that they close at 10pm they could have cancelled or called us to cancel like most restaurants do when they dont have a certain item available, but as soon as I went inside the store it just seemed that the girl who was working the register didnt want to he bothered. I saw her with my own eyes throwing peoples order inside the bags with the worst attitude. You can tell when someone doesnt want to do something. If they didnt want to be there then they should just go home. I was waiting until my order was ready to grab and go. As I get home I checked the order and 2 of my bowls were completely wrong! I ordered steak on two orders and it just seemed that they put whatever they had available to my order. How is steak and sofritas the same? My wife and daughter were so upset and hungry that they had no option but to eat it. No one should be disappointed to eat their own food, they didnt even finish it because it obviously wasnt something that they wanted or expected! We were so excited to eat the food since we dont really order chipotle every day!
Worst service that I have received from this restaurant!! It seems that Im not the only one who thinks the staff is trash.
