Completely Incompetent and unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to be seen, and three days before our appointment Chris Carter (the business owner) contacts me to say that our appointment has been cancelled due to their vacation plans and they weren't sure when they would be able to reschedule us. What kind of practice cancels an appointment just to take a vacation? I called the phone number, but it appear to be Carter's cell phone and he would just screen my calls. I contacted him by email multiple times as well asking if they could reschedule, but only received one response saying they weren't sure when they would be able to schedule an appointment again. I've never run across a practice that operates so incompetently in all my life. What kind of practice doesn't keep a calendar?
