The ladies at Bespoke are the best. Im not sure if it was the treatments I got or the friendships I made at the clinic helped me. 5 star run dont walk to Bespoke!

Bespoke Treatment was able to schedule me for accelerated TMS so quickly. Their care, concern and kindness was there from day one. The staff and practitioner are so encouraging and understanding of the challenges I was facing with major depression and anxiety. I hope to be on my way to recovery very soon!

Its been a month since Ive completed my tms treatment and I am still reaping the benefits and going strong. Concentration is much better and my anxiety/depression is at normal everyday levels. I feel free of the burdens even when triggered. I feel more optimistic and know I can manage life much better now.

In January 2022 I'd been fighting the most suffocating bout of suicidal depression of my life. I reached out to the team at TMS Brain Health in Las Vegas for ketamine & TMS information. I was evaluated & started treatment on feb 14th, valentines day. I had 2 ketamine infusions followed with a 36 session series of theta burst TMS for treatment resistant depression, anxiety & motivation. I finished my regimen april 13, 2022. For anyone suffering from depression, this is life saving treatment. TMS Brain Health has been in town only since Oct 2021. I contacted 3 tms/ketamine clinics in vegas. 1 never returned my call. 1 took over 3 days. But TMS brain health reps responded to me the same day...by text, on a saturday. They are AMAZING for customer service!!! Especially with potential patients suffering in times of severe depressive crisis. I had my zoom evaluation with Judith, the clinic administrator & nurse that provides treatment, within 2 days. My insurance didn't cover treatment, but they do offer patient financing if needed. They are very flexible with billing. I opted to pay in 2 wk chunks so its was feasible out of pocket for me. It was $5400 for TMS & $900 for ketamine...but WORTH EVERY PENNY! I cannot stress that enough...ask yourself "what is your life worth?" At the very least, what is the QUALITY of your life worth? I was skeptical at first as well. Today I have no fears for my future with depression due to this treatment. I can come back at any time for maintenance sessions. Like a tune up for your brain when things get sluggish...like an annual tune up. The whole medical team here is unmatched. They are available 24/7. I've texted their financing dept & judith directly at all times of the day/evening. They all respond with amazing timing & compassion. I can't give this establishment enough stars! My husband's said it best at the conclusion of my 2 1/2 month life changing treatment adventure yesterday...he told the staff they needed to change the name of the clinic to "People Search Rescue & Recovery" cuz what they actually do is return lost & missing people to their families...i can't agree more 3/20/2024 November 25, 2024 my fur child died in my arms and I was plunged into a full depression episode. In early January '24 I underwent 10 TMS sessions in one day, yet that wasn't enough to get me back on my feet. Judith suggested I undergo a full 36 session theta burst TMS series at the end of January. I finished the 7 week treatment plan March 18 and it has saved my life again. I've been through 2 series and maintenance protocol since Jan '22. This is the only treatment that gives me back my independence from treatment resistant depression and anxiety.
