I have been going to this office for a very long time and have never had any issues. I went in today in the afternoon and walked up to totally new staff and I was like okay staff changed which was fine but I really liked the old staff. Then I look inside and I see the old staff and this new staff is quite literally yelling at the old staff. They were arguing over passwords or something but I dont care what they were mad about. This new staff is RUDE. And when I was roomed by the new staff the girl was RUDE. The doctor was RUDE. Not a people person at all. Dont plan on coming back here. Trash office with this new stinky staff.

Been trying to get an appointment to go over labwork for over 4 months now. They don't answer the phone or respond to appointment requests.

Dr. Emeka Iroha is a very nice doctor, also Emily Browand is very nice, she is so very helpful and listens to what you need help with and prescribes the correct medications, I give this office 5 stars. I can Always get in to see one of them.

I have been going to this office for 4 years now. NOT ONCE have they seen me within 30 minutes of my appointment time. The average is about 45 minutes late even for appointments right after their lunch when they shouldn't be backed up. You can call and leave 20 messages over 3 weeks and never gt a call back to make an appointment of answer a question. The office had to redo tests that were 'lost', has scheduled me only to tell me they didn't know why I was scheduled, promised to phone with results and never done so, stuck me with training doctors who were so nervous they couldn't hold a basic conversation, sent meds to wrong pharmacies. Their new doctor Emily is great, but it's not worth the inexcusable unreachability by phone. Save yourself a lot of stress and go to a doctor that is better staffed. I will be leaving as soon as they answer the damn phone so I can get my test results. I will say the office is clean and people are generally friendly, but honestly I would rather deal with a grumpy person and not waste half my day every single time I need anything from my doc.

They do not answer the phone. Had to look for another doctor.
