image My doctor here is the absolute BEST! However, actually getting in to see him or get a return message from his staff is impossible. This is the worst healthcare experience I have EVER had in my life. In August I booked an appointment for November. It was rescheduled 4 times. So now its January 24, my new appointment, and its been over a 1 hour in the wait room and Im the only one here. Good grief.

image Terrible smug Dr. Berkley. He needed to retire yesterday. Don't waste your time with this guy. He even puts down other cardiologist in his group. If you want to be talked down to make an appointment with this guy. He won't disappoint.

image Update jan 2024. This office is way too busy and not about payient care anymore. Even with irregular hearbeat and vhest pain the cant get you an appointment until months later. Unbelievable. It has been getting worse and worse. I have now scheduled an appointment with dr Dr Zev Lagstein. I got an appointment 3 days later and testing in 2 weeks. He takes his time and is not a factory like nevada heart and vascular has become. Dr. Tslekis is a good doctor. I hate the wait though.

image I have had the worst experience with medical care ever at this office. The office is set up like the DMV, complete with wall to wall people and 3 hour wait times. There have been multiple errors with misspellings of names and addresses. After about 3 hours of waiting, the actual doctor visit only lasted about 5 minutes. Then you have to wait longer to schedule any follow up appts or testing you may have. Appts for testing are pushed out at least 2 months. The office is terrible at sending out referrals for tests required to be done outside of the practice. The medical assistants and supervisors do not return phone calls. You have to physically go into the office to talk to a live person for any updates. Two months after my appointment and the office still cant seem to send the correct referral for testing. Ironic how a cardiology practice increases stress levels. Highly recommend avoiding this practice, especially if you have a medical condition that requires immediate care.
