At first we went to Gucci, waited in line,& was not only displeased by the selection of merchandise but the customer service wasnt good at all. The sales rep only greeted us & then got lost. I felt as if they thought I wasnt really going to buy anything. Boy am I glad I decided to spend money elsewhere. Stella was an amazing sales rep & even threw in some complimentary samples of perfume & cologne. We werent rushed or pressured to buy anything & she really took her time w/us. I will definitely be returning.

My visit was good. Even though the purse that i was looking for is not available in store. Ms. A. managed to assit me to find what i want... She did a good job and treated me like a friend. I love her customer service and definetly come back again.

We purchased a bag on January 4th from sales rep called Sandy. She asked if we wanted it shipped. We were in Vegas for 4 days so at that time it was a good idea since we wouldnt have to carry it back and the item she said would be there by the time we got home. She said we would receive tracking number which we never did. it was like pulling teeth trying to get a hold of someone to even get a tracking number. And eventually after taking to 5 different reps, we got a tracking number and it has been in the same status that a label was created (still not shipped yet). I asked for a call back and it has been over 48 hours and no one has returned my call. Now Im really concerned since I already paid for it and if someone got my bag and hopefully wont send me a fake . I will take it to another LV store to authenticate upon receipt. This whole thing seems suspicious
