Great customer service, unfortunately I wasnt able to find my size for the shoes I wanted, but they looked around and guided me the LV store in the City Center to buy them from there.

I recently went to this store in hopes to buy a bag and pair of shoes for my dad when i had asked for help i was helped by a very rude and condescending Asian lady , when i asked for the orange LV trunk bag i had seen on online LV store online she said that was an old collection i completely understood but then she asked for a photo she just kept saying yea that old in a very rude condescending manner and when i said ok no problem Ill see if i can get it online rudely she said it wouldnt be available again because its an old collection , Im not familiar with fashion like that but to make me feel dumb and repeat that its old collection when i said ok i understand it very condescending and talking down to me , Iv bought from this store before and very helpful staff but the lady just ruined this experience for me

LP from my visit on June 11, 2022.I normally shop at the LV in Fashion Show Mall as Maricela C. is my absolute favorite sales associate. But they did not have the steamer backpack in stock, but did have it in the men's store at the Wynn. Maricela asked me if I'd like to have an associate deliver the backpack to Fashion Show Mall, but I declined as I needed the walk since I had just devoured a burger and truffle fries at NM. So I said aloha to Maricela and made my way over to the Wynn. I walked into the first LV store, which unfortunately was the women's store and was not where I was supposed to go. I actually was surprised that they had a separate men and women's store as the Fashion Show Mall is a combo.I walk through the casino, admire the flowers, ask a worker for directions and finally arrive at my destination. Lo and behold I had to wait in line, as the store had a few customers. There were just 2 people in front of me and they were together so I didn't think it'd be a long wait. Fortunately it was only 10 minutes or so, which is fine.I get into the store and a young female associate greeted me and I told her that Maricela put a backpack on hold for me and I asked to see the bag before she boxed it up. She brought it out, I inspected it, gave it a thumbs up and she left to box my purchase. I asked her for a bottle of water, which she should have automatically done (as they do in the Fashion Show Mall store while you're waiting). She brings the bag out and forgets the water. I remind her which is no biggie, but I really shouldn't have needed to.She rings me up, I pay and I leave with my precious cargo. A couple of days later, I check my LV account on-line and there is no record of my recent purchase. I have OCD so I really like to keep track of everything, especially large purchases. Then I realize that she hadn't asked me if I had a LV account. Turns out, in order to get it added to my LV account, I need to bring the receipt in or wait 3-4 months for customer service to add it for me. I could bring it into the store, but that would tempt me into purchasing another item, which at this point I really don't need. So I decided to wait the 3-4 months for customer service to add it for me.NOTE: I forgot the cashier's name but her initials on the receipt are JHOA.MHO - From hereon, I will only shop at the Fashion Show Mall location as they provide excellent customer service. If they are out of stock, I'll choose to have it delivered to avoid this type of snafu in the future.Final takeaway, LOVE LOVE LOVE the backpack and can't wait to use it.
