My wife and I made an appointment to look at bracelets with Mali. She was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating during the whole process. I would highly recommend this store and working with Mali. It was a very good experience!

We went with our friends to get our bracelet cord changed and was welcomed by the nicest SA we encountered I all of the USA. Mali and beyond. Not only did we have a lot of fun but she also showed us the new collections and answered our questions. I highly recommend booking with her, you won't be disappointed.

I set up an Appointment 2 days prior to our arrival at this location since we were staying next door at the Aria. We were greeted and paired with Ms. Elena Bagrova. I usually prefer to shop online, but Im so glad we decided to go in bc she made the experience so much fun for the both of us. She made us feel so welcomed and I swear we laughed the whole time shes funny lol. Not only did she show us what we were interested in, she also showed us a lot of other pieces that she thought would pair well or what she thought we would have liked but didnt think to try. I appreciate her time and expertise. Do yourself a favor and set up your appointment with her if youre ever in Vegas!!

Kelly Ann was GREAT! We came into you store at the Crystal Shops in Las Vegas when you first opened in the morning wearing our workout attire as we just finished our morning walk. Not planning on purchasing just then, but looking at a watch my wife liked for our 35th Wedding Anniversary. Kelly Ann did not pre-judge us like what would have most likely happened at other high end jewelry stores. She showed us the watch we were interested in and explained everything about it to us, with no pressure to buy at that time. I called her a week later from Denver, purchased the watch and she had it shipped to us overnight. Thank you Kelly Ann for a GREAT experience at your store and making purchasing/shipping easy!!!
