Van Cleef & Arpels (Las Vegas - Forum Shops)

I called the store on Feb 1st or 2nd and learned that the store was no longer VCA and was rebranding. Despite having closed just days earlier they answered the phone. I asked to speak with Kate as she came highly recommended. Even though they no longer would sell VCA products upon re-opening she took the time to send photos/videos of the 2 products I was interested in, gave me advice on them as 1 is harder to get in stock. She had a client she was going to be meeting with at a VCA company store at one of the other casinos and she said when she was there with that client she would inquire on the piece that is harder to obtain and the waiting period if I were to order it. She even gave me the name of the person who she worked with at that VCA store. Kate went above and beyond and understands what it means to be in CS for a luxury brand!! She is sticking with the store that shes at as the Caesars location apparently wasnt a company store so I will definitely have to make sure that I pop in and see her someday. There is a reason that she has so many 5* reviews on here and elsewhere and came highly recommended. She went above and beyond when she didnt have to! Sadly SAs in actual Luxury Brand Stores such as LV need to get a clue on how its done. As at LV they seem inconvenienced that they need ring up a customer who is willing to buy something! Kate thank you so much for what you did and making me feel special when your store was closed to the public!!

Ingrid helped me out at the store and I had the best customer service experience! She was very patient and helped me try on a couple pieces. She displayed excellent knowledge of the jewelry and I was very happy with my purchase.

Great place with awesome jewelry. The stuff is super nice and helpful. Katerina helped me tremendously to pick a great Valentines present for my wife (two of them actually). Her suggestion of a pendant to match the bracelet, which I wasnt intending to buy initially, made my wife so happy that I couldnt imagine it was possible. Worth every penny!

Kate was so great to work with- she was patient and very knowledgeable. I didn't end up purchasing anything the 1st night but came back two nights later and ended up purchasing a necklace that didn't catch my eye the 1st night. I am so happy with the necklace I chose and it's all thanks to Kate. Until next time Vegas :)
