They sold my fianc an engagement ring that can't be paired with a wedding ring because of the cut. Taking total advantage of someone who knows nothing about rings. Then they tried to get me to exchange it to buy a more expensive ring. Also their selection of men's rings is horrible and you can find the same ones online for a quarter of the price. He also bought a bracelet that turned orange. Scammers who rip people off. If you want a good ring check out helzberg diamonds.

What an amazing experience. The deals and pricing are amazing. You cannot beat the quality of diamonds. More impressively was the customer service. Cheryl, Storm and Ron were fantastic. The level of quality expertise, the team work they used to not only give me the best possible deal, but gave me every possible option to buy. They made my anxiety towards making a huge purchase go away and really showed how much they value their customers. I'd rate higher if I could. Life long customer was made yesterday!
