My husband and I walked in and were met with an eye roll from one of the Associates. What a disrespectful and disappointing experience. Especially given that I knew what I wanted and was ready to walk out with the ring I had my eye on. The individual that ended up helping us was kind and helpful (only reason I am adding a second star). However, I definitely did not want any affiliation with this store after that. I hope that the management of this location ensures experiences like this stop occurring. Quite a few reviews here with a similar theme and it is very disappointing to see. -A long time BVLGARI customer.

I 'm in love with Bulgari.  Watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes, sunglasses and more.  Classy spot.  Staff is super attentive.  My husband brought me in this weekend to celebrate my birthday and we picked up the Serpenti Forever medium shoulder bag in white agate metallic karung skin with black nappa leather lining.  The snakehead closure in light gold-plated brass embellished with black and white agate enamel scales and black onyx eyes.  It's eloquent and beautiful!Staff was awesome! Champagne and chocolate while we checked out. Made in Italy. I personally own six of their handbags and this designer is my favorite!  Specifically the Serpenti handbag.  The style is classic, stunning and chic.  Elevates any outfit, dressy or casual. Shoulder strap has snake effect chain making it perfect for me.  Their handbags are in many different colors, styles, shapes and textures.   Many with the iconic snakehead clasp/closure.  Each with different gem eyes.
