I have been going to this Jeweler for 6 years and today I went to have some batteries for my watches and the owners wife was very rude she also rushed me her husband is a better person. I will never return to this place. Since then I have found a better Jeweler.

I brought an expensive watch in for repair on Nov 11th 2023. I have not received it back yet. I have called inquiring about the status ,sometimes getting a call back but, 2 or 3 times no return calls. I was told originally that the watch just needed cleaning, and then, no, there were parts that needed to be replaced that were on backorder. I regret my decision to take it there for repair. I was going to give it to my son for Christmas. That has come and gone.

Reshaped my wedding band. The process was quick and easy. Now it looks just like new again

used to be a great place. Had gone downhill. I had shopped there fore 20 + yrs. The jeeeler retired and now sub par.
