        First time ever shopping Kendra Scott and I can honestly say I will definitely be back solely because the staff was so amazing!!!!! Kindest souls!!!! They helped me pick my best friends birthday gift and Im so grateful!!!!

        This was my first and probably last time shopping at Kendra Scott the customer service was good but their store policies are not. I purchased a necklace with a 50 percent off birthday coupon. The necklace was almost 100 dollars before coupon so it was a new full priced item yet I was told that due to the coupon it would be a final sale item no refund or return. I have never heard of that unless the product was a clearance item.
