My fiance and I picked out an engagement ring excited to move to the next step. The associate said she would bring in the ring from another location as I put down a large down payment. As we all know sometimes things don't go according to plan and suddenly my dream of marriage was suddenly canceled. I returned to the store with intentions of a full refund however, this is the first time mentioning no refunds, not even an exchange? I returned to the store a few days after that conversation and the engagement ring is now in the display case for another patron to purchase. I'll assume my down payment is a donation? I think not I am now escalating it to the BBB. This was supposed to be a joyous occasion. No where was it posted no returns exchanged or refunds. At one time we even asked at the beginning for a refund as that we were unsure of the purchase, I was told we could get a refund. The woman was very persuasive and almost pushy for us to still purchase the ring.

Came back to the location in Fashion show mall to get some hoops today and Neha helped us !! Very happy with my purchase :)
