THIS INSURANCE AGENCY IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM RAN BY ABSOLUTE MORONSAll I wanted was coverage for my vehicles I paid them $4200 and all I got is legal issues, fines and suspended vehicle! When I started getting DMV notices about them not being able to verify my insurance I immediately called Darren and told him about it. He said not to worry about it, it's a system error and he sent me new ID cards.System error?!! Never heard of such a thing. 3 months later I sold one of my cars and I called Darren to put a new vehicle on. Well System error turned out to be a legit issue because he never insured one of my cars! Now he tried to back track my insurance and change to companies this was in december 2021. In a meantime I kept getting these DMV letters about fines and not having insurance on my car. I kept emailing Darren and he kept saying his old story it's a System error he got it all figured out and I should disregard the mails.In may 2022 ( 5 months later ) I called him about because letters didn't stop and that's when this idiot realized he didn't insure my car again! The same car he didn't insure for the first time now he did it 2nd time!Unbelievable, you can't make this up! He was panicking trying to back track insurance again. Then he sent me new ID cards saying everything is good and I'm insured.Until I went to renew my registration and the car that he already back tracked twice because he didn't put insurance on it in a year twice, is not suspended! Yes suspended! I found out at the dmv! I kept calling him, I kept asking him to verify things he didn't care. Then he sent me email saying he didn't even double check if my insurance ever went through. I'm here 1 year later on the phone with DMV, underwriters spending hours a day trying to get myself out of legal issues.ADVANCE INSURANCE is a joke! Close this place down and go sell hot dogs idiots!
