        I an the customer of state farm , they increase monthly payments after six months after new contract without any reason , please do not trust these people, I will change my insurance company

        Meredith and the entire staff at this SF office exhibit the best customer service! They are always there when we need them and are very responsive. I'm so happy we found this SF team, they take very good care of us and our insurance needs for home and auto. Highly recommend!

      Hi Mr. Abdullayev, I understand your frustration about the price increases the entire insurance industry is experiencing these days. All insurance companies have been impacted severely by inflation especially by the cost of auto parts and auto repairs. But all of the pricing and WHEN there is a price increase is out of the control of our agency. We are just a local small business, we do not set any pricing. We are here to help you to handle your insurance needs, guide you and process the changes that you request. You are still a policy holder in our office and we will be happy keep giving you good service while you decide to stay in our ageny. Thank you. If you need anything please let know. 🙂
