        My previous agent was unresponsive in a very important and timely situation. I switched over to Mr. Wagner and my incident was handled immediately and with professionalism. He noticed the company truck that hit me also gave me an expired insurance card and without hesitation made sure things were fixed and the right department was in the know of everything. i am now getting 3 quotes so that the company that was at fault can pay for all damages. Thank you again Mr Wagner and your team at Allstate! Please make sure to join the right family!! It makes a BIG difference!!
