Michael McCoy: Allstate Insurance

If I am taking my car to an Allstate recommended body shop after an accident, I accept Allstate cover my rental more then 30 days if their body shop takes more than 30 days to repair and finish my car. it is not fair for me to be stuck with a rental or Uber charges. This experience will cause consumer to shop around for body shops that offer a loaner car or will cover the rentals if their body shop takes longer than 30 days to repair the car and not take their car to Allstate recommended body shop.

Not a fan of the way this agent does business. Was "added" to his portfolio when another agent left Allstate, I should have left too. Slow responses and vague answers are all you get from them. Best to steer clear of this agent and Allstate altogether I'm afraid. Another formerly great company that forgot how to treat its customers.

My experience has been costly. My husband is retired and I am on disability. We pay way too much for our policy to hardly be driving. Along with the pandemic there aren't a lot of places to go and feel safe from the Virus. Will be looking for other coverage possibilities.
