Farmers Insurance - Ryan Berglund

Id give a negative review if it were possible. My insurance rate raised 3 times in the couple months I was with them, and was never given answers as to why. At the end I couldnt get ahold of anyone at his office, and sent many emails when I couldnt reach them over the phone; never heard back. Cancelled my insurance prior to the day, but still was billed. Called the 800 number and was told they covered me for days I didnt pay (not true, and dont know how thats even possible). When I pointed out that wasnt true I was told theyd send out an itemized list of what I was being charged for. Never received it. Now I get to battle credit and collections agencies.

These 5 star reviews must have been bought and paid for. The agency of Ryan Berglund is absolutely not responsive and their word counts for zero. He said he would handle the cancelling of our old policy when we switched to Farmers. He did not. We had to handle it a couple months later when we found out. I asked several times to get a quote for a blanket policy. Silence. Crickets. What? If you're in the business of selling insurance that makes no sense. They do not answer phones or return calls. Often his phone is on Do Not Disturb so the call can't even go through. Makes you wonder. All I can say is byeee!
