Farmers Insurance - Mark Matias

I just wanted to say how happy I am with Mark. I had a cracked windshield and he was able to get it fixed for me with very little effort on my part. He also found me the best rates I've had in years.

I'm sure when you think of dealing with insurance you automatically think hassle. That wasn't the case with my last incident. I was rear-ended a few weeks ago and my car came back totaled. Mark was on top of everything from the moment I spoke with him. I still owed on my car so I thought for sure I would lose money, even though it wasn't my fault. Thankfully, Mark had me get gap insurance with my policy, I'm still not sure how it all works, but I ended up getting the correct value of my car and was able to get in a new vehicle right away. Very thankful for Mark.

This review is long overdue. I had a friend refer me to Mark over 10 yrs ago when my then Allstate agent refused to help me with lowering my rates. Mark being a broker was able to shop my policy to a bunch of different insurance companies and was able to save me hundreds of dollars per year. Since then he has helped me with homeowners, life insurance, and some other things. Mark has always picked up the phone when I've called about anything and has gone above and beyond with helping me with my needs. Tbh, I consider him more of a friend than an agent at this point. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a new policy. I would also say be proactive and have him compare your existing insurance policies, I'm confident he could save you money, and I guarantee you won't find better service. Thanks, Mark!
