        I had medical insurance provided by Breckpoint (2021 MEC Insurance Plan) through my employer. This was an extremely low cost limited plan but paid for 100% of preventative care. I visited the doc for a simple annual physical with basic blood work (Both covered 100% per summary of MEC benefits). Breckpoint paid $7 off a $900 bill, and claimed an annual physical wasnt preventative care...customer support was readily available but apparently could not help with billing/claims. The billing/claims teams only communicates via email and were non responsive.
