        The owner Ms Martinez was very unprofessional. When a concern was brought to her attention she responded by saying " This is a business, if you don't like it you can cancel right now. Instead of listening to our concerns and trying to assist us and finding a solution she decided to be rude and tyrant. We weren't even getting loud with her or anything in order for her to get that way. So the next day we went back and cancelled the policy.
