So didnt even say there was a fee for an estimate and $90 seriously, thats way too expensive!

UPDATE: This company WILL NOT STOP CALLING ME. I no longer live in Las Vegas. I am no longer married to the person mentioned in the original review (he is even more terrible than this company, which is saying a lot). I dont even think he lives in that house anymore. I tell them this every time they call. They will never stop. I love to get a 48 second long voicemail about this horrible company on my birthday (why??) every year about their services that they dont even show up for. I will never live in Las Vegas again. Next year when they call me I will be 40. My heart wont be able to take it anymore. Please, Air Serv, please let me make it to 40 without anymore calls. I made an appointment two days ago and was told 12pm. Around 1 when no one had showed, my husband called and was told the window was 12-2. When no one had called by after 2, I called again. I was told they had "forgotten" to call to say the tech was on a big job and he wouldn't be there for a few hours. Since this wouldn't work for our schedule, I rescheduled for yesterday from 4:30-6. No one ever called or showed up. When I called again, the office was closed and only an answering service who could do nothing was available. I would be embarrassed if I owned this company, amazingly unprofessional.

I have been using Aire serve since we moved to Las Vegas six years ago, they provide the best service, especially under the new management with Jeff. I highly recommend them,
