I rent out a small guest house through Airbnb and usually clean it myself, however I had new guests coming in the same day the previous ones would be leaving and would not have time as I would be at work. I heard about this place through a coworker so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Pamela on the phone and she was very helpful and patient with me. I had never booked a cleaning service before but Pamela took her time to go over all the services and options they offered. I wasnt sure they would be able to book me on such short notice but they did. I didnt receive any complaints from the guests so I assumed they did a decent job. But upon leaving one of the guests actually complimented on how good the room smelt when they first entered and asked what type of soap/air freshener I use lol. They were affordable enough that Im actually considering booking them full time for all my cleanings.
