Nanny's & Granny's: Placement Agency

We had Katherine as our sitter for our 19monthold son. She was fantastic and got him back to sleep while we were out and he was battling jet-lag. Would highly recommend her. Only negative I have with the company was only after I had paid my deposit that I was told the hourly price was "slightly" increased ($15 extra per hour) because the super bowl sunday and valentines day (which was on the following tuesday from our booking) were a holiday and hence the extra charge (we only booked for the Friday and Saturday)

I was looking around for a nanny placement service after initially trying to search for a nanny on my own and came upon Nanny's & Granny's through an internet search. I'm so glad I found this company and had such a wonderful experience working with Sarah on finding the right nanny for us. First and foremost safety was my biggest concern as I don't just leave my newborn with anyone so I wanted a service that really took the time to screen and do background checks on the candidates. They did such an excellent job finding us quality candidates that we just weren't able to find on our own. They do all the diligence and make sure nanny's have adequate experience and training. Do yourself a favor and use this service, they will take such good care of you!

We are so happy with the customer service. We stayed at the Palazzo and we're recommended a list of childcare providers but none of them were available or had good customer service and seem to be all over the place. We ended up looking on yelp and other websites and found nannys and grannys. They had excellent reviews and took a chance. We had great customer service and communication from the start. We had all our questions answered and were able to get someone same day. I believe our nannys name was Brandi, she did excellent with our 22 month old and 10 year old and checked in throughout our night out. I highly recommend and will be using them next time we're in Vegas.

I used this service during my work trip to Las Vegas. It was my first time ever leaving my 2 year old with a baby sitter and of course I was nervous about it. As soon as the sitter, Katherine, showed up, I was instantly relieved. My daughter is usually pretty shy with new people and when she saw Katherine she immediately opened her arms for a hug and acted like she knew her her whole life. Katherines energy was so refreshing and she was so kind and attentive to my daughter. I cant recommend this company enough.

I wish I could really really really give this placement agency more stars! We had Maria and my kids feel asleep before she left and when they woke up they asked for her immediately. My daughter is 3 and she absolutely adored her. This was my first experience ever leaving my kids with anyone and I was extremely nervous about doing so, completely changed my perspective.
