        Worst Holiday Inn. I am a IHG card member and stay at many Holiday Inn and Express. Out of about 20 locations I have tried, this one was the worst. The hotel needs some TLC but that is ok. Stayed there 4/3 and the heater was not working. They switched us to another room and the thermostat was not working and AC/Heat had to be controlled with the knows on the vent that had a very strong odor of burnt dust coming out. Also the front door handles get stuck and do not work. The pool was full of dead bugs floating. The pool did not have towels. Then the front desk gave this room to another guest that someone walked into our room at 1:30 AM and woke us up. After breakfast, the key card was not working, probably because the person that walked in at 1:30 had the key that works and it stopped ours. Worst front desk clerk who needs more training. Starting with no towels at the pool with someone walking into your room in the middle of the night, this was the WORST Holiday inn ever. The manager of this location needs to learn from other Holiday Inn locations.
