I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel! Leslie provided exceptional service, and our rooms were clean and spacious. The location next to Fremont Street was perfect, and the mini golf was a fun bonus. Highly recommend for a great Vegas getaway!

The location of the neighborhood is not bad, but it is full of homeless people. But! What came after the arrival is horrible. The receptionist was unfriendly, the room smelly and dirty and terribly loud. We survived this, because we came for 1 night, really just to sleep. After leaving, we were waiting to get back the $100 deposit deducted in advance, when the message came that another $100, so a total of $200 in addition to the accommodation fee, had been deducted. We wrote to the accommodation in 2 places, and after a few days they wrote back that we had damaged the furniture. This is simply an outrageous lie. They haven't responded to our complaint after that - 6 days ago! Avoid the "hotel" because it's a big draw. Of course, we will not leave it at that, not only because of the money, but to prevent this from happening.
