Bungalows Hostel

The only good thing about this hostel was the warm welcome from Aunty Bev at the front counter. Six of my friends and I booked a room and it was straight up trash. Like, physically dirty, dont take your shoes off in the shower, spiders in corners, dirty. Will never stay here again. Rooms: Dirty.

Cant beat the price, and 3 minute walk to deuce bus stop. You can even walk 20 minutes to downtown/Fremont or take a free loop bus. The lady was nice greeting me. Curtain for the bed is nice for added privacy. The overall vibes seems LGBT friendly as well. I am satisfied

Oh this place got revamp our new owners From Africa. Really good place sometime to throw a pizza and beer parties. Meet new people have small potlucks and fun exploring the Vegas Strip and the downtown Fremont. Everyones friendly and cool vibes vibes good drinks good company bring it and bring the party bring it we got it

I stayed here in a 6-bunk female room in late January 2023. I was a bit hesitant when booking as a solo female traveler as I had seen some previous bad reviews regarding safety. However, the price was too appealing. While the immediately surrounding area did feel someone unsafe at night, but the compound itself is very secure. It's also well located in terms of public transportation. There is a very easy to use bus stop right next door that runs 24/7. Staff were super warm and friendly, the room, bathroom, and common spaces were all very clean, and the heat worked *very* well. Overall a very pleasant hostel stay and would highly recommend for both short and longer stays (I stayed for 5 nights, extending my stay for one night).
