Horrible dirty rooms and dirty hotel. Smells like pot we couldn't even stay here. Front desk was helpful and friendly this was the nicest thing about the hotel. Safety: Had a security guard in the lobby at 1100 am on a Friday and lobby bathrooms are locked.

I was shocked to drive in to this property at night. I almost drove off if it wasn't the only affordable room in Las Vegas this particular weekend. Aside from elements the property can not control, we had a great stay. The rooms are very dated and you feel as if you are walking into a 90s time warp when you step in the hotel. We traveled with our pet and it was a minimal pet fee. There is onsite security that I believe was 24 hours and they appeared active on patrolling. The room we got did linger with a light smell of smoke but it wasn't too bad. It is a 10-15 minute drive to the strip. I honestly wouldn't stay here again but it gets the job done if you are on a budget or find yourself in Las Vegas on a extremely busy weekend where all hotel increase their rates by 4x.

Not impressed. Someone spilled orange juice in front of the elevator and it still was not cleaned up 3 days later

Friendly staff! Our room had black hair all over the bathroom floor and some of the bath towels, the bath tub faucet wouldn't turn off completely also had black mold on the tub! At one point the hotel ran out of bath towels! They continually ran out of food for the continental breakfast! A rather scary location! I would have rather slept in my car!! Noteworthy details: DO NOT stay at the North Nellis, Holiday Inn Express!!
