Nice hotel overall. A little noisy at night.

Room and breakfasts were great. However customer service at the desk was the biggest chaos I have ever witnessed in any hotel. At first they let me know that payment has been settled so all is good, but then they took me an access from the room cause apparently they made mistake and there is additionial fee to be paid. After paying they were not able to unlock my room for one hour so I did not have access to my things. Later one during the check out there was a mess again cause they wanted to charged me once again for the thing that I already paid.

Just outside the strip but a great stay. The atmosphere is very calm and cool not very crowded and noisy like the ones in the strip. The bar and resturant downstairs have good options

This is a great location despite the construction and road closures for the race coming up. However, we ran into a huge problem getting our room serviced. I asked a total of 5 times and was told that it was going to get done. I even went as far as to ask the housekeeper in the hallway to make sure she took care of the room. We returned from a show at midnight and found the room had not been serviced. I went to the front desk, and they said the only thing they could do for me was to bring me towels, which took almost an hour to get to my room. I know everyone is short for staff, but at least communicate this instead of just saying Im sorry and not offering any solution to the problem.

Rooms are very dated. Not super clean. Good service and good location without a casino.
