        The Vdara is a lovely place. The rooms that are owned by Jet Luxury is not. They charge the most for the smallest room and there is a significant difference between a Vdara room and a Jet Luxury room. I felt like I was in a motel 6. I had no view and there was nothing luxurious about this. I would 100% stay at Vdara again but never through Chase Travel or Jet Luxury.

        The worst customer service. Arrived 2pm told us 3pm check however room wasnt available even at 4pm missed our buffet reservarion. Manager didnt care at all. Never coming back at Vdara ever.

        Do yourself a favor and just pass on this hotel(far from being hotel) To much things happen to even start writing about it, just go somewhere else.

      • Great hotel, I don't know why people are so dissatisfied. The guy at the free parking was great, and so was the guy at the front desk! The decoration is modern, the room is clean, and it has an induction cooker and a microwave, which I like. The best part is that pets are allowed and my dog can stay with us!
