        Horrible we showed up Saturday night and their front desk agent was closed and guess what we lost our reservation and no credit for it this big way spam customers do not waste your money!

        Absolutely terrible hotel!! The hotel is surrounded by over a dozen police, multiple fire trucks, and swat team!!! The service is trash!!! And would not let me or anyone else cancel their stay when checking in and refused to give a refund. The shower does not get hot and Luke warm at best!! For your and your family's safety DO NOT STAY HERE!! Everyone surrounding the hotel looks like they are on crack or heroin. Response to owner: No compensation was offered or discussed. This is a lie and the owner only wrote that to try and save face for people reading this review. If they truly cared about their guest, they would have let us cancel our stay with a full refund. That was not done and this evil business values making money from you than the safety of you and your family. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It is dangerous!!!

        The best hotel I stayed in hands down . I stayed in a two bedroom. Beautiful floors its just a comfort zone . You get a coffee maker and plenty of light beds are full size /queen . The staff is A1 and they have a special management her name is Yaz ( I dont wanna Butcher her name ) you will know who she is when she starts to talk . She is one of the best people I ever met shes genuine and good person at heart . Diamond in the ruff . She accommodated us like no other . Shes tentative she does her job . Thats why I said the the property was special. They have a pool as well . Its quite but when you walk out the property there in one of the best spots on the strip . The queens bar and restaurant is cute as well with good good food . They also give my kids Easter eggs to hunt which was a kind gesture and definitely most appreciated.

      Hello Michael,Sorry you had bad experience yesterday, we had a very unfortunate incident with a guest that required police intervention to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. That obviously impacted the experience we want to give our guests and we tried to make sure we compensate all those affected. As we had to turn off the gas and power to part of the building it affected hot water supply for few hours, which restored later in the early evening.This is definitely not something that always happen and our priority was the safety of our guests which gladly no one got hurt.Feel free to reach out to the management or the front desk to discuss you stay and any needs you may have.And hope you give us another chance in future.
