The hotel and Casino are nice - however they have a 3rd party parking service that barely works, and if you cant navigate their system they become increasingly insulting. I was harassed by a woman who called me brainless when I couldnt find the tab that showed my parking validation. Other attendants were nice and helpful, and when I said she was not being helpful she said thats right I could make this easy but Im not I was not being rude to her, but she just kept getting meaner and meaner. The Strat should reconsider their affiliation with this parking company, it will turn away returning customers.

The location is poor and guests will be charged additional parking fees.
The room was not cleaned and there was no hair dryer.
After informing the counter, the counter staff said they would bring it to you.
But no one served it, disappointing hotel
Safety: The neighborhood is not lively and a bit depressed.

This place has gone downhill fast. Their upgrade elevate rooms have half a window, no desk chair, and theyre tiny. The wifi is so bad you cant even use email. Definitely dont stay here if you need to do any work. Our company would stay here with multiple people multiple times per year for the last decade but we are now making it a policy not to book rooms at the Strat.

Nice & Clean room. My stay went as planned and was comfortable. However be aware, the parking deck charged my card $20 every entry when it is supposed to pay for the whole day. Had to call and wait for $60 worth of refunds. Then check out , I was charged an additional $80. I requested an early check in at the desk but NOT an-upgraded room . Had to make several calls for the hotel to understand they made a mistake. In the end, I got all my money and the stay was nice but use a debit card you can lock or review purchases from . So you dont wake up missing $140 like I did.
