We've been at Desert Tides for a little over a month now; it's an affordable and beautiful condo community ideally located for us. When we first found our unit, we found issues the morning we were moving in; they worked to move us to another unit immediately!! We had a few issues in the "new place" which were addressed promptly. Service is Excellent. The condo is really nice; granite counters and tile flooring. And stainless hardware throughout. It's great because we don't have to worry about the electric bill, water, cable, etc. It's one payment; that's all. 3+

This Hotel is not a Hotel. I am a female here working for 2 months dont know a sole and was recently locked out of my unit when I returned back from work at 2 am, well guess what.... When yoiu check in the owner seems very nice and helpfull also misrepresenting what they offer, security does not have a way in the appartments and the office closes at 11 pm and does not re-open until 9 am therefore you are just screwed in a city where you know no one...The office has no management on site and no after hours number to call. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND this if you are not prepared to pay to stay somewhere else because the desk clarks state being locked out of the untis is a frequent thing for all guests.
