Nice spacious rooms but kind of in a bad part of town. They wont clean your room or bring you any towels or toilet paper unless you call up front. Also be careful walking to the little strip mall on the corner near 7-11 and Dunkin Donuts, there's a lot of shady characters around there

2400 miles from Florida 3.5 days on the road predicting arrival to Las Vegas can be challenging. Arriving on a Saturday afternoon and finding a room in Sin City even more challenging. We actually watched pricing change by the minute. Then we found the Alexis. They had 3 rooms left and we booked immediately. Next day I met the front desk staff, most notably Tatiana R. I explained that my needs for a room were somewhat unusual as we needed to find rental housing for the duration of my contract work which potentially could run 9 months. She immediately informed me that she would begin the process of determining my 'long term-open end' rate. After a few days I had ALL concerns answered and resolved... AMAZING consideration of individual needs in a town not really renown for concern of individuals. High rollers excepted. The entire staff of the resort, EVERY SINGLE ONE treated us as family. Checking frequently on needs and keeping vigilant with opportunities to serve. We were 'residents' for over 2 weeks and I feel that the costs were very reasonable given the proximity to 'The Strip'. Rooms were spacious well appointed and extremely comfortable. I would recommend the resort based on the dedication of the staff to customer satisfaction alone. The rest is just gravy. It all started with Tatiana R. She was wonderful.
