Only reason why Im giving them 1 star is because my dad has had some pretty good nurses, but lord forbid you cancel them for another service that the doctor ordered. My dad has used them in the past for wound care on his toes, and for physical and occupational therapy. He stopped using them because his wounds got better. Back in February he had palmeira health again, a few days later he was in the hospital for a foot infection, and he ended up needing open heart surgery, he was sent to rehab after that. The rehab place put orders in for my dad to use home health care when he gets discharged, they accidentally used palmeira when it was supposed to be the other service (for privacy and safety reasons I wont be saying the company name). When the wound care doctor for the other company came by she said that he wasnt supposed to use palmiera health, so my dad canceled, after they left, palmeira called my dad 4 times, begging for him to come back. My dad told them no, the next day they called my dad again, and while the doctor and nurse came back, they did a 3 way call with my dad, their boss and palmiera health. Palmeira kept interrupting and arguing with the other health company and my dad. The other health company told them to stop harassing my dad and palmeira apologized and hung up. You would think that they would stop calling? No they didnt. This morning they called my dad 3 more times, one of them being their wound care doctor. I told my dad to give me the phone the next time they call. Palmeira if youre reading this, just know that you calling my dad numerous times, is harassment. And if this doesnt stop we will be taking legal action.

My therapist and nurses were great. I had a rough start to my knee replacement, so having in home care sure was nice, as going out would have been very difficult.

Let me start by saying Nurse Valencia was fantastic however the company kept sending another Nurse that would just show up to my Grandmas house who is 90 with Dementia unannounced if her phone call was missed with no notice and no text message. Needed to know what our plans were when I said my Grandma already had plans. Addressed this issue with the office and asked for them to only send Nurse Valence and the exact same nurse I asked them not to send showed up at night time to my Grandmas house. The office took days to call me back and didnt seem to care about my complaint had no explanation and just let me cancel the service. The company doesnt seem to care about their patients & seems to just be out for the money.

Been waiting 8 days for some to contact on reference to my Mothers care. Still waiting !!
