If you want your family cared for by a great agency then don't use this agency. the office staff is rude and presentation is horrible. the young girl in the office looked like she just rolled out of bed and was sleeping at her desk. the other two were bickering back and forth between the offices. then I come to find out that the person they were sending out was not the person she claim to be. this place is horrible and shouldn't even be open so please if you have someone that needs real care use a different agency!!

This is an awful company. I choose them to work with my mother. The pca's that they sent out would come in and have a seat until their time was over. There were times when they would fall asleep instead of assisting my mother. They would leave my mother soiled and dirty. There were numerous times that they did not show up . They would make my mothers bed leaving soiled wet linen on the bed. The list goes on.  I would never treat anyone in the fashion that some of them pca's have treated my mother.
