Avoid at all costs - horrible service and rude staff. Misrepresented on the phone that they could handle naturally curly hair, booked the appointment, then they told me they dont have any products for my hair, denied they told me that previously, and they charged me a $25 cancellation fee. Spoke to the manager and they refused to make this right and refused to waive the cancellation fee. Never again!

Receptionist very rude and unprofessional!!! I was charged for a 10-minute scalp massage that I did not receive. The stylist told the receptionist to not charge for it and receptionist responded with "I have to charge you for what you booked" EVEN though I did NOT receive the service. She refused to give her name and said her manager was unavailable. Horrible customer service and not who you should have greeting each of your clients that walk in. Unreal situation - I left speechless

I absolutely love the dry bar at the Cosmopolitan. When I'm in Vegas, it's my go to for a beautiful blow out. They never disappoint!

Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment to get started. Might be the worst blow out Ive ever had.
