I visited this establishment on 12/29/2021. First and foremost this was the absolute best beauty supply experience I have ever had in life... The fact that it is black owned is just the cherry on top. Jenny Hayes assisted me and she was phenomenal. She asked questions and genuinely took an interest in what I needed. I have tried both products. The only thing that did not work for me was the edge tamer. A good product still, just didn't work for my hair type. I will most definitely be returning. This is truly an exceptional business. The customer service is beyond professional. I was so impressed with the owner. She is about her business. She truly earned mine. I will continue to patronize her business remotely. and anytine i am in LV. I have never felt the individualized attention i received there. I felt like the only customer. I am so happy i found this place.

The store is so cute and clean, plus they have a lot of product in stock to choose from. Pricing is also really good and the quality of the wigs are great! The lady working the store while I was in there also had a lot of good info and knew the product well. Glad I found this place!
