        Hello! All started with online research and then BammBraza Stone! Jumped in the vehicle, headed to their location, and Wifey and I found the Granite Top for our outdoor table! However, our first wooden frame (home built) was garbage so when the Braza Stone installers came they told me straight outthats not going to work! Sheesh! Anyway, they took it back to shop, we found a table base (over seas) that worked, had it shipped, and we put it together! Then we called Jago at Braza Stone, sent pictures, discussed resizing the Granite Top to be legalyes legalwith Dave the Manager, who is Awesome (yes we paid for the extra necessary work and all this happened on Wednesday), then today, Thursday, their Awesome installers showed up and installed the Granite Table Top! From the pictures you can see how beautiful, stylish, and solid this table is for our outdoor Patio! Anyway, if youre not getting your granite stone from Braza Stone you might as well get one of those folding tables with chairs! Just sayin! Outstanding customer service, excellent granite stone, intelligent and knowledgeable staff, considerate management! Definitely a experience! You pay for quality and you get it! Brutha Q! Just look at that Table and Chairs situation!

      We are sorry that you feel this way; we strive to provide great customer service regardless of the project size or detail.I looked over your customer file and see that you did not provide us any measurements or photos to assist us in providing you the free in-store estimate; not only did we contact you multiple times to check-in after you had said you would e-mail these measurements to us, but you also refused our template service which would have allowed us to provide you an accurate project cost. You were also noted to have been rude to our staff during the appointment; despite this, we tried to make you happy and provide an estimate.If you are still interested in having your kitchen countertops done, we would be happy to help, but wish that you return with a more positive attitude.Thank you.
