WARNING: this company stole over a thousand dollars from us by double charging us and refusing to give us a refund. This is after we paid her $20,000! The owner, Mei, is a thief so make sure if you make the terrible decision to work with her, to get an ITEMIZED LIST for each transaction so you can sue her in court later. She also sent a shady plumber with no license to work on my shower and caused my kitchen ceiling to flood. As far as the countertops be very careful to watch what their cut outs are because several of them will be unnecessary and you won't be able to fix it. Her prices are cheaper because she does a Micky Mouse job that will need several fixes. Always remember, you get what you pay for. And don't pay for the work until it is completely done. Good luck!

As someone who talks to people on the phone taking orders for others all I can say they need to get someone who understands what is being said to them. The lady who answered the never said the name of the company when she answered the phone and I had to say 5 times what I was looking for only to be told that they carry any smaller than long pieces and was very rude
